Dental Insurance and Payment Options

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Payment is expected following each appointment whether you have dental insurance or not. The parent bringing the child to our office is legally responsible for payment of all charges. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
Our office will make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Delta Dental and Arrow Benefits members are responsible for the co-pay at the time of service. If you have any other insurance, your insurance company will reimburse you directly for covered services. As a courtesy to our patients, we will mail the completed dental claim directly to your insurance company. You will receive a check for covered services from your insurance company any time between2 – 4 weeks following your visit.
For extensive treatment, we pre-authorize planned treatment costs with your insurance company so you will know the estimated benefit that your policy covers.
